Hockey Tournament Signs

Last year my daughter started playing hockey, and when the team had their tournament where we all stayed at a hotel I made door signs for all of the girls. You can click HERE to see last year’s signs.

I wanted this year’s signs to be different than last year, that way if the girls want to save the signs (like my daughter did) they will have a different one for each year.

I used the Sports Mania Cricut Cartridge to cut the hockey sticks and pucks.  The stars are from George and Basic Shapes, and after I layered them I ran them through the Cuttlebug with the Swiss Dots embossing folder to give them some texture.  The strip of red paper has a wood grain look to it.  I liked this because it stayed with the team colors but added a little something different for a pattern.
